Description
The role is to facilitate the deployment of digital voice equipment into the carrier network. This is accomplished by developing project
plans, actively participating in planning sessions, actively participating in status meetings, and reporting on the status of
active deployments. The objective is to deploy the required equipment at defined in the Rollout Schedule.



Responsibilities Include:
Weekly Program Status
Critical Issues
Deployment escalations
Status call updates
Project Plans
Project correction plans
Deliver deployments on time as directed by the Rollout schedule or capacity constraints.

Requirements

Description


Responsibilities:

Cognos developer will be responsible for the design and development of business intelligence tools that will support the information needs of all areas of the company.

Must have a solid understanding and experience of using Cognos and relational database structures. Will be working with a team to establish an enterprise wide business intelligence strategy that will leverage the capabilities of the Cognos toolset.

Will be expected to help mentor other developers and train end users in Cognos.

Works with internal customers throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. Provides consultation to business units and IT management and staff at an advanced technical level of most phases of application programming, processes, system design and implementation.

Provide operation/production monitoring and problem resolution. Provide application administration and maintenance, such as performance tuning, capacity planning, and software upgrades. Assist in technology and application planning and conduct technology assessments.

Ensure delivery of quality support/services and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.

Experience with Property and Casualty insurance a plus.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent.

Ability to work independently or on a team as required.
